In the fast-paced rhythm of our projects—and in a digital space that seems to know no pause—it is sometimes worth stopping for a moment, looking back, and contemplating the path we have travelled. It is also a precious moment to simply say "thank you."
This is exactly what we did during last week's year-end celebration gathering of our digital teams, here in Pune. But this year, the evening carried a very special resonance as we listened to the heartfelt testimony of our two guests of honour: thank you, dear Dnyaneshwari and Vinod, for sharing with us your passionate and fascinating perspectives, and for the beautiful story of your journeys.
As the digital world moves from one disruption to another—in a breakneck sequence that constantly challenges our "expert" certainties—it is humbling and inspiring to sit at the school of young talents and relearn what "resilience" truly means. And when resilience is not an abstract word but something lived, endured, and transformed into strength, the whole room falls silent—and listens.
More broadly, this joyful evening offered a living synthesis of what defines our digital community: teams proudly building up, focusing on what lasts—talents, convictions—yet resolutely turned toward the future. On one side, we celebrated our long-service awardees—colleagues whose dedication continues to embody the founding spirit of our digital factories. On the other, we were also lifted by the fresh and vibrant voices of our two young guests: they reminded us that even our challenges can become foundations to build upon—sources of renewed passion and energy in our craft.
A beautiful encounter between continuity and renewal, experience and aspiration—and a moment that will stay with us for a long time.
